Kalahamoon 2.31.1: Eitaa Labels and Market Translations

Eitaa settings now identify Eitaa consistently in Persian and English, including read-only access. Product market, Digikala product, order and finance pages receive their required translation messages. Eitaa remains disabled where its bridge is not configured.
