Enable Eitaa after verified external message delivery to the CRM, and prevent repeated sync alerts from filling the database.

Kalahamoon 2.31.5: Verified Eitaa connection and sync safeguards
Live account login, encrypted-session reconnect, text delivery/readback, and attachment upload/download were verified. An external account message was delivered through the production bridge and queue into the correct CRM tenant exactly once and is visible in the inbox. The runtime gate remains disabled by default; the verified production connection is enabled. Connection settings and navigation follow the runtime gate. Low-stock events now fire on entry into low stock, and repeated inventory observations reuse unresolved drift issues while preserving resolved issue history.

Restore connection settings after live external inbound CRM proof; retain Coming soon and blocked operations when the runtime gate is disabled.
Include the optional Eitaa bridge in guarded deployment
Build, start, observe, and restore Eitaa alongside other services when its Compose profile is selected. Keep the profile disabled by default.
