Kalahamoon 2.44: Ghand by actual usage and SMS sign-in
Ghand now follows actual AI usage instead of a fixed charge for every task. Before work starts, a bounded amount is reserved; once the result is saved, only measured consumption is deducted and unused Ghand are released. Input, response length and reported cache use contribute to consumption. Choose Balanced, Strong or Very strong intelligence. Balanced is the default, and every Ghand package works with every level. Package prices are unchanged, while the supplied Ghand amounts have been recalculated. Each business receives 0.5 free Ghand at signup and monthly, shared by its team. Monthly Ghand expire at the next allocation; purchased Ghand never expire. Core features and manual work remain free. SMS-code sign-in becomes the main login experience when configured. Existing password holders retain a recovery option with their existing second factor. Merely opening the login form does not request a code. The updated sugar-bowl, sugarloaf and sugar-sack illustrations, clearer search close control and Smart Store Management wording are included across the refreshed experience. Existing payment identities, receipts and wallet history are preserved. Payment providers still require completed configuration and verified receipts; this release does not automatically enable an unconfigured channel.
Pay for actual AI work
Ghand settlement uses measured input, output and cache consumption; unused reservations return to their original source.

Balanced is the default. Strong and Very strong are optional, and every package can fund each level.
Phone-code sign-in with legacy recovery
SMS sign-in keeps current identity checks; existing password access and second factors remain available through explicit recovery.
Clearer Ghand packages and search controls
Updated package artwork and quantities accompany unchanged payment prices, a clearer search close action and consistent store-management copy.
