What this lesson covers

Explore Basalam authorization, an app approval error, token setup, and the difference between a connected stall and started synchronization.

Before you start

Identify the seller account, stall and destination store. Enter real tokens only in secure configuration fields and keep them out of screenshots and public messages.

Follow the walkthrough

Open the authorization route from Basalam settings. Read the app approval error and identify the support follow-up route.

Open token setup; the recording uses a fake token to demonstrate entry and saving.

Inspect the stall identity and connection state, then check whether data synchronization has actually started.

Check the result

This scenario does not establish a real provider connection. In your account, check both connection status and the start and result of synchronization for a specific product or order.

Using this in your workspace

For an app approval error, retain the error message and relevant identifier without exposing a token. Re-entering credentials alone does not resolve application authorization issues.

About this video

Recorded in Kalahamoon 2.33.1 with Persian on-screen captions and background music, without narration. This scenario includes simulated data or responses; verify the outcome independently in your own account.
