Open a demonstration customer record and prepare a specific question about its visible information.
Follow the walkthrough
Open the assistant from the customer page.
Write and send a question about the current page.
Compare the sample answer with the record and close the panel.
Check the result
The response is simulated. In real use, compare the customer name and every stated number or status with the actual record.
