What this lesson covers
Group messaging addresses a selected audience. Define the message purpose and recipient group before sending anything. This short walkthrough helps you reach the correct configuration page before proceeding.
Before you start
Use an account with messaging access and identify the channel and authorized recipients. The walkthrough sends no real group message.
Follow the walkthrough
1. Sign in to the intended workspace. Open Settings and select Messaging.
2. Find the Group messages card and read its description. Group messaging addresses a selected audience. Define the message purpose and recipient group before sending anything.
3. Open the card and check the destination heading. This lesson locates the settings; it does not demonstrate entering credentials or saving configuration changes.
Check the result
The Group messages heading confirms that you reached the right page. Viewing options does not save a new preference. If you change a setting later, reload the page and verify the retained value.
Using this in your workspace
Review the audience count and exclusions. Test the text and variables with one permitted recipient first; an accepted send request does not guarantee delivery to every recipient.
