What this lesson covers
Automation rules support recurring follow-up work. Define the starting event, execution condition and intended action before creating a rule. This short walkthrough helps you reach the correct configuration page before proceeding.
Before you start
Use an account allowed to manage workflows and choose a small observable task, such as a single internal follow-up.
Follow the walkthrough
1. Sign in to the intended workspace. Open Settings and select AI.
2. Find the Automation rules card and read its description. Automation rules support recurring follow-up work. Define the starting event, execution condition and intended action before creating a rule.
3. Open the card and check the destination heading. This lesson locates the settings; it does not demonstrate entering credentials or saving configuration changes.
Check the result
The Automation rules heading confirms that you reached the right page. Viewing options does not save a new preference. If you change a setting later, reload the page and verify the retained value.
Using this in your workspace
Opening this page creates no active rule. Follow the workflow lesson for creation, simulation, publication and execution review, and inspect actions that change data or send messages before publishing.
