Before you start

Open conversations in the demonstration workspace. The recording uses sample conversation data.

Follow the walkthrough

Expand the filter controls.

Select unanswered conversations and inspect the follow-up list.

Clear filters to remove the selected restriction.

Check the result

After clearing filters, inspect the selection indicator and list. An empty filtered result does not mean that the workspace contains no conversations.

Using this in your workspace

Before replying, confirm the customer and channel. The unanswered filter supports prioritization but does not replace reading the latest message.
