Before you start
The exercise uses a demonstration contact and reply. Before a real response, match the case, channel and latest incoming message.
Follow the walkthrough
Open the sample case and type a reply draft.
Inspect the retained draft while offline and again after reconnecting.
Send the demonstration response, read the result summary and return to the application.
Check the result
Inspect draft retention and the demonstration result separately. The exercise sends no message to a real customer.
