Decide whether you need messaging or a store integration and sign in with appropriate workspace access.
Follow the walkthrough
Open Connections and inspect the conversation channel cards.
Select Sales to view store-related services.
Return to the previous group and confirm the destination service name before opening its card.
Check the result
Changing groups should display the relevant service cards. This walkthrough does not connect a service account.
