What this lesson covers
The WhatsApp page presents the available connection routes. Choose the appropriate route with the account owner according to the team’s messaging needs. This short walkthrough helps you reach the correct configuration page before proceeding.
Before you start
Identify the WhatsApp account and destination workspace. The owner should complete authorization on the appropriate device and service screen.
Follow the walkthrough
1. Sign in to the intended workspace. Open Connections and select Conversation channels.
2. Find the WhatsApp setup card and read its description. The WhatsApp page presents the available connection routes. Choose the appropriate route with the account owner according to the team’s messaging needs.
3. Open the card and check the destination heading. This lesson locates the settings; it does not demonstrate entering credentials or saving configuration changes.
Check the result
The WhatsApp setup heading confirms that you reached the right page. Opening configuration does not establish a connection or prove that data is moving. Check connection status and the first actual operation separately.
Using this in your workspace
This video completes neither a QR connection nor Business API setup. After configuration, check account status and a test incoming message and reply instead of relying only on the displayed account name.
