What this lesson covers
The Telegram page shows connection options for this messenger. Decide whether your workflow needs a bot or a user account before proceeding. This short walkthrough helps you reach the correct configuration page before proceeding.
Before you start
Identify the workspace and Telegram account owner. Keep bot tokens and sign-in codes out of public messages, training screenshots and customer text.
Follow the walkthrough
1. Sign in to the intended workspace. Open Connections and select Conversation channels.
2. Find the Telegram setup card and read its description. The Telegram page shows connection options for this messenger. Decide whether your workflow needs a bot or a user account before proceeding.
3. Open the card and check the destination heading. This lesson locates the settings; it does not demonstrate entering credentials or saving configuration changes.
Check the result
The Telegram setup heading confirms that you reached the right page. Opening configuration does not establish a connection or prove that data is moving. Check connection status and the first actual operation separately.
Using this in your workspace
The walkthrough connects neither a bot nor an account. After configuring your chosen method, verify an incoming message and reply in the same conversation to catch account or channel mismatches.
