Before you start
Identify the workspace and Bale account. Only an authorized operator should enter account secrets in the appropriate secure service screen.
Follow the walkthrough
1. Sign in to the intended workspace. Open Connections and select Conversation channels.
2. Find the Bale setup card and read its description. The Bale card separates this messenger from the other channels. Confirm the service name before entering account information.
3. Open the card and check the destination heading. This lesson locates the settings; it does not demonstrate entering credentials or saving configuration changes.
Check the result
The Bale setup heading confirms that you reached the right page. Opening configuration does not establish a connection or prove that data is moving. Check connection status and the first actual operation separately.
