What this lesson covers

Didar settings start the review of CRM data exchange. Decide which system is authoritative for contacts, deals and products. This short walkthrough helps you reach the correct configuration page before proceeding.

Before you start

Identify the Didar account and destination workspace. Before real synchronization, decide how duplicate records and shared identifiers will be handled.

Follow the walkthrough

1. Sign in to the intended workspace. Open Connections and select CRM and sales tools.

2. Find the Didar setup card and read its description. Didar settings start the review of CRM data exchange. Decide which system is authoritative for contacts, deals and products.

3. Open the card and check the destination heading. This lesson locates the settings; it does not demonstrate entering credentials or saving configuration changes.

Check the result

The Didar setup heading confirms that you reached the right page. Opening configuration does not establish a connection or prove that data is moving. Check connection status and the first actual operation separately.

Using this in your workspace

No Didar data is transferred here. After configuration, compare a sample contact by identifier and contact details in both systems instead of relying only on total counts.
